Your privacy choices matter to Anker. This Policy covers data used for online sales, security, analytics, communications, and advertising.
Information We Collect
Depending on your interaction, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact details: name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account identifiers, and IP address.
- Commercial records: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, transaction history, returns, exchanges, and support records.
- Payment-related data: card information is processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers. We may receive limited details such as payment status, network, and last digits, but do not need to store the full card number.
- Internet, device, and approximate-location data: browser, device, operating system, cookies, referring URLs, pages, searches, clicks, approximate IP-based location, and ad interactions.
- Communications and preferences: messages, reviews or surveys, service requests, and marketing choices.
Information may come directly from you; automatically through the store, cookies, or similar technology; or from Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, advertising partners, security services, and other vendors supporting a transaction.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate checkout; process payment; confirm, fulfill, track, cancel, exchange, return, or refund orders; provide support; maintain and improve the store; personalize content; prevent fraud; protect users; measure advertising; send permitted marketing; keep tax and business records; enforce terms; and comply with law.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our store and providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and comparable tools. Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, security, and fraud prevention. Functional and analytics cookies remember preferences and measure performance. Advertising cookies and pixels may measure campaigns or support interest-based advertising.
Manage cookies through your browser and any store privacy controls, including “Your Privacy Choices” where available. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent store or checkout functions from working correctly.
Google Ads, Remarketing, and Conversion Tracking
We may use Google Ads services, including remarketing and conversion tracking. Google tags and cookies can record page visits, product views, purchases, or similar events to measure campaigns and help present relevant ads on Google or partner properties. Google processes information under its own terms. Google Ads Settings and applicable store cookie controls can adjust preferences.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose relevant information to Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention providers; fulfillment and shipping partners; cloud, security, analytics, support, and marketing vendors; professional advisers; and authorities when required. Information may also be disclosed in a financing, merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not state that information is never shared. We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to analytics or advertising partners may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Subject to verification and legal exceptions, California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of information; information about sources, purposes, and recipients; deletion; correction; and opt-out of sale or sharing. Rights may be exercised without unlawful discrimination. Where applicable, residents may limit certain sensitive-information uses, and authorized agents may act with appropriate authority.
During the preceding 12 months, the categories described above may have been collected and disclosed for business purposes. Identifiers and internet or device activity may also have been shared with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Use “Your Privacy Choices” on the store or email Support@Anfar.shop with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send full card or government identification numbers. Recognized browser opt-out preference signals are processed where legally required and technically supported.
Other U.S. Privacy Rights
Residents of other states with applicable laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or profiling. Submit requests by email or telephone below. Reasonable verification may be required. If denied, reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, disputes, and legal compliance. Periods vary by type and obligation; information is deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our operations. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
Children’s Privacy
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review and deletion.
Third-Party Services and Changes
Third-party links and integrations have their own privacy practices. We may update this Policy for operational, legal, or technical changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material notice will be provided where required.
